Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing during pertuzumab targeted therapy in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with HER2-positive breast cancer who received pertuzumab targeted therapy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly selected and divided into 34 observation groups and 34 control groups according to the random number table method. During the treatment period, the control group received routine care, while the observation group was given predictive care. Compare and analyze the nursing effects achieved by the two groups. Results The anxiety level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the compliance behavior was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse treatment reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for HER2-positive breast cancer patients undergoing pertuzumab targeted therapy can further improve the quality of clinical nursing, effectively alleviate patients' anxiety, enhance their compliance with medical advice, reduce the occurrence of adverse treatment reactions, improve disease control effects, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
