摘要	目的探究多学科团队协作的综合护理在老年衰弱患者中的应用效果。方法将老年衰弱患者作为观察目标，共为50例。通过随机数字表法将2024年2月-2025年2月收取的患者划分为两组，每组25例。参照组为常规护理形式，试验组运用多学科团队协作的综合护理方案。对两组衰弱状态、运动耐力、日常生活能力、自我管理能力、跌倒发生率进行分析。结果干预后，试验组衰弱状态、运动耐力、日常生活能力、自我管理能力比参照组低，跌倒发生率低于参照组，P＜0.05。结论老年衰弱护理中，以多学科团队协作的综合护理为方案，能够降低跌倒发生率，改善患者虚弱状态，提高其日常生活能力。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing based on multidisciplinary team collaboration in elderly frail patients. Methods A total of 50 elderly frail patients were selected as the observation targets. The patients admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing based on multidisciplinary team collaboration. The frailty status, exercise endurance, activities of daily living, self-management ability, and fall incidence were analyzed in both groups. Results After the intervention, the frailty status, exercise endurance, activities of daily living, and self-management ability in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the fall incidence was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion In the nursing of elderly frail patients, the comprehensive nursing based on multidisciplinary team collaboration can reduce the fall incidence, improve the frailty status, and enhance their activities of daily living.
