Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical nursing outcomes for neonatal intracranial hemorrhage caused by vitamin K deficiency. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 neonates with intracranial hemorrhage due to vitamin K deficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2025. The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received comprehensive interventions in addition to routine care. The nursing outcomes (bleeding duration, hospitalization time), total efficacy, and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group showed higher total treatment efficacy compared to the control group. The bleeding duration and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the complication rate was lower in the observation group. All differences were statistically significant (p<0.05）). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention demonstrates significant efficacy in the clinical care of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage caused by vitamin K deficiency. It improves treatment outcomes, reduces complications, and promotes recovery in neonates. This nursing approach is worthy of promotion and application.
