[Abstract]Objective:To observe the effectiveness of humanized operating room care on patients with mild brain trauma who were anxious and depressed.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2017,we collected 80 patients which have got mild brain trauma and need surgery，then the 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received conventional nursing,experimental group received humanized operating room care on the basis of this. Record the number of two groups of maternal knowledge, anxiety depression rating scale, satisfied with the medical staff, then apply the statistical software to analyze the results.Results:After healthy education, the rate of knowledge was 97.5% in the observation group, the control group was 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before discharge, SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Before discharge, two groups of patients satisfaction evaluation comparison, observation group total satisfaction rate 95.0%, control group total satisfaction rate of 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized operating room nursing can relieve mild brain trauma surgery patients perioperative adverse emotional stimuli, establish the confidence of patient adherence to treatment, and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.
