【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based psychological nursing during non-invasive CPAP in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with heart failure (HF). Methods 82 cases of COPD patients complicated with HF who treated with noninvasive CPAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group (each for 41 cases). The control group received routine nursing and psychological intervention,the observation group received evidence-based psychological nursing on the basis of control group. The cardiopulmonary function indexes, treatment compliance and mental state between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance rate in observation group was significantly higher than the control group (92.68% vs 78.05%,P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of HAMA,HAMD, LiHFe and plasma level of BNP in observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the FVC,FEV1/FVC,6MWD was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based psychological nursing applied in non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD combined with HF have obvious promoting effect on improving patients’ emotionaccelerate the healing process, improve heart-lung function and improve treatment compliance.
