摘要	目的分析PDCA循环护理质量控制模式的构建与应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月内各科室的临床护士60名与220例患者为对照组，2024年1月至2024年12月内各科室的临床护士60名与220例患者为观察组，前后分别采用传统护理质量管理模式与PDCA循环管理模式，评估两组护理模式的应用效果。结果观察组中护理人员的护理质量考核合格率最高，该组护理人员的培训认知度更高，相比于对照组，P<0.05；同时患者对观察组的护理服务满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 PDCA循环护理质量控制模式的构建应用，能显著提升护理人员的整体护理质量与护理操作规范性，同时还能提高患者对护理服务的满意程度，对医患关系良好构建与治疗效果的提升均有高推动作用，可推广应用于临床中。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the construction and application effect of the PDCA cycle nursing quality control model. Methods From January to December 2023, 60 clinical nurses and 220 patients from various departments were selected as the control group, and from January to December 2024, 60 clinical nurses and 220 patients from various departments were selected as the observation group. The traditional nursing quality management model and the PDCA cycle management model were adopted respectively before and after. Evaluate the application effects of the two groups of nursing models. Results The qualified rate of nursing quality assessment of nursing staff in the observation group was the highest, and the training awareness of nursing staff in this group was higher. Compared with the control group, P<0.05; Meanwhile, the satisfaction of patients with the nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The construction and application of the PDCA cycle nursing quality control model can significantly enhance the overall nursing quality of nursing staff and the standardization of nursing operations. At the same time, it can also increase patients' satisfaction with nursing services. It has a high promoting effect on the good construction of doctor-patient relationships and the improvement of treatment effects, and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
