营养指导护理模式在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的护理效果观察

摘要	目的探究慢性肾衰竭血液透析用营养指导护理的作用。方法随机均分2023年2月-2025年1月本院接诊慢性肾衰竭病人（N=72）。试验组血液透析期间采取营养指导护理，对照组行常规护理。对比白蛋白等指标。结果关于血红蛋白、白蛋白与前白蛋白：干预后，试验组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组5.56%，对照组25.0%，P＜0.05。满意度：试验组97.22%，对照组77.78%，P＜0.05。结论慢性肾衰竭病人血液透析期间用营养指导护理，其营养状况显著改善，并发症预防及满意度提升效果均更好。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nutrition guidance nursing on hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Patients with chronic renal failure (n=72) were randomly divided into two groups from February 2023 to January 2025. The experimental group received nutrition guidance nursing during hemodialysis, while the control group received routine nursing. Albumin and other indicators were compared. Results hemoglobin, albumin and prealbumin: after the intervention, the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Complications: 5.56% in the experimental group and 25.0% in the control group, P＜0.05. Satisfaction: 97.22% in the experimental group, 77.78% in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion nutrition guidance nursing for patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis can significantly improve their nutritional status, prevent complications and improve satisfaction.
