摘要	目的分析早期康复护理对小儿脑积水患者术后神经功能改善的效果。方法选取2020年1月-2024年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的小儿脑积水患者30例，按照随机数字表法分为分为观察组（n=15）和对照组（n=15）。对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用早期康复护理。对比两组护理效果。结果干预前，两组患儿日常生活能力、神经功能评分均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后，观察组的日常生活能力评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），神经功能评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复护理能有效改善小儿脑积水患者术后神经功能，提升其日常生活能力，提高其家长满意度，有较高应用价值。
Abstract	Objective Analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative neurological function improvement in children with hydrocephalus. Methods Thirty pediatric patients with hydrocephalus who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=15) and a control group (n=15) using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing methods, while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of daily living ability and neurological function between the two groups of children (P>0.05). After intervention, the daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the neurological function score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction of the parents of the sick children with nursing was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve postoperative neurological function, enhance daily living abilities, and increase parental satisfaction in children with hydrocephalus, and has high practical value.
