整合式心理护理模式对消化道肿瘤化疗患者的效果

摘要	目的关于整合式心理护理模式在消化道肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果研究。方法摘选2023年12月--2024年12月的消化道肿瘤化疗患者为范例，采取电脑随机数表法分组。观察组40例，采用整合式心理护理模式，对照组40例，采用常规护理模式。对比组间干预价值。结果化疗不良反应为观察组低于对照组；干预后观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组，P＜0.05有意义。结论整合式心理护理模式的应用，可稳定患者情绪，降低不良反应发生，有推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To study the application effect of the integrated psychological nursing model in patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing chemotherapy. Methods Patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing chemotherapy from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as examples and divided into groups by computer-generated random number table method. There were 40 cases in the observation group, who received the integrated psychological nursing model, and 40 cases in the control group, who received conventional nursing. The intervention value between the groups was compared. Results The adverse reactions of chemotherapy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; after intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of the integrated psychological nursing model can stabilize the patients' emotions and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and has promotion value.
