循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变护理中的应用研究

摘要	目的探讨循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变护理中的应用研究。方法选择我院于2024.1-2024.12内收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组和观察组各50例，其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采取循证护理，对两组患者的视功能指标评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果两组在护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组患者的护理满意度和生活质量评分均高于对照组。同时观察组患者的各项视功能指标评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施循证护理干预可取得明显的效果，显著提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量，改善患者视功能。有较高应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of diabetes retinopathy. Methods 100 patients with diabetes retinopathy admitted in our hospital from April 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. There were 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group. The control group adopted conventional nursing methods, and the observation group adopted evidence-based nursing. The visual function index scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results Both groups achieved certain results after nursing care, but the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. At the same time, the scores of various visual function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with diabetes retinopathy can achieve significant results, significantly improve patients' satisfaction with nursing and quality of life, and improve patients' visual function. Has high application value.
