Objective To explore the role of off-hospital continuous nursing during endocrine therapy for prostate cancer. Methods A digital random table was selected to evenly distribute the prostate cancer patients admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to July 2025 (N=58). During endocrine treatment, the experimental group received continuous care outside the hospital, while the control group received routine care. Compare with metrics such as the EPIC score. Results Regarding the EPIC score: The mean value of the experimental group after intervention was (43.13±5.26) points, and that of the control group was (49.89±4.17) points. The difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). sf-36 score: The mean value of the experimental group after intervention was (86.11±3.28) points, and that of the control group was (80.05±4.02) points. The difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). Compliance: 100.0% in the experimental group and 89.66% in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion During endocrine therapy for prostate cancer patients, the application of continuous care outside the hospital has significantly improved the symptoms, prognosis and compliance of prostate cancer.
