摘要	目的探讨急诊护理风险预警评分联合人文关怀护理在老年急腹症患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年6月在本院急诊科就诊的120例老年急腹症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各60例。对照组实施常规急诊护理，观察组实施急诊护理风险预警评分结合人文关怀护理。比较两组患者的误诊率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者误诊率为3.33%（2/60），显著低于对照组的15.00%（9/60），（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.67%（58/60），显著高于对照组的81.67%（49/60），（P<0.05）。结论对老年急腹症患者实施急诊护理风险预警评分结合人文关怀护理，可有效降低误诊率，提高护理满意度，具有重要的临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the combined application of emergency nursing risk assessment and humanistic care in elderly patients with acute abdominal conditions. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with acute abdominal conditions admitted to the emergency department from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly assigned to a control group (60 cases) and an observation group (60 cases) using a random number table. The control group received standard emergency nursing, while the observation group received risk assessment combined with humanistic care. The misdiagnosis rates and nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared. Results The misdiagnosis rate in the observation group was 3.33% (2/60), significantly lower than the control group's 15.00% (9/60) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group reached 96.67% (58/60), markedly higher than the control group's 81.67% (49/60) (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing risk assessment combined with humanistic care in emergency nursing for elderly patients with acute abdominal conditions can effectively reduce misdiagnosis rates and improve nursing satisfaction, demonstrating significant clinical value.
