摘要
目的 探讨智慧护理在门诊预约诊疗服务中的应用与效果研究。方法 本次研究选择2023年4月至2024年4月期间在本院门诊进行就诊的200例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组分别100例患者。其中对照组中的患者采用传统门诊服务模式,观察组的患者则采用智慧护理干预模式,以此比较两组候诊时间、就诊时间和总就诊时长、就诊满意度、治疗依从性。结果 观察组患者采用智慧护理模式的候诊时间、就诊时间和总就诊时长均呈现更短优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对就诊服务态度、流程便捷性与环境舒适度的满意度较高,远超于对照组,两组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者治疗依从性,发现观察组患者的治疗依从性明显更优,智慧护理能够增加患者认知,提升其对疾病的重视程度(P<0.05)。结论 智慧护理在门诊预约诊疗服务中能够有效起到高效作用,不但能够减少候诊时间,还能提升就诊效率,提升患者满意度,提高治疗依从性,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and effectiveness of smart nursing in outpatient appointment services. Methods This study selected 200 patients who received outpatient care at our hospital between April 2023 and April 2024 as research subjects. Patients were randomly divided into an observation group (100 cases) and a control group (100 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received traditional outpatient services, while the observation group adopted smart nursing interventions. Comparative analyzes were conducted on waiting time, consultation time, total consultation duration, service satisfaction, treatment adherence, and nursing error incidence. Results The observation group demonstrated significantly shorter waiting time, consultation time, and total consultation duration (P<0.05). Observation group patients showed significantly higher satisfaction with service attitude, process convenience, and environmental comfort compared to the control group (P<0.05). Treatment adherence was markedly better in the observation group, indicating that smart nursing enhanced patients' awareness and disease awareness (P<0.05). Conclusion Smart nursing plays an effective role in outpatient appointment services. It not only reduces waiting times and improves consultation efficiency but also enhances patient satisfaction and treatment compliance, making it worthy of clinical promotion.
