摘要	目的探讨尿路感染患者实施磷霉素氨丁三醇+头孢曲松联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2024年11月至2025年12月期间我院收治的尿路感染患者42例为此次研究对象，按照随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取头孢曲松单药治疗，实验组实施头孢曲松联合磷霉素氨丁三醇治疗。分析联合治疗方式对患者的临床效果。结果与对照组相比，实验组的治疗效果及有效率更优（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比，在血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平等炎性指标上，实验组治疗后的数据更优（P＜0.05）。结论磷霉素氨丁三醇联合头孢曲松治疗尿路感染可显著提升临床疗效，有效降低血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白等炎性因子水平，为优化治疗方案提供依据。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of phosphomycin tromethamine and ceftriaxone in patients with urinary tract infections. Methods 42 patients with urinary tract infections admitted to our hospital from November 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group was treated with ceftriaxone monotherapy, while the experimental group was treated with ceftriaxone combined with phosphomycin tromethamine. Analyze the clinical efficacy of combination therapy on patients. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect and effective rate of the experimental group were better (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed better data on inflammatory indicators such as serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein levels after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of phosphomycin tromethamine and ceftriaxone in the treatment of urinary tract infections can significantly improve clinical efficacy, effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors such as serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein, and provide a basis for optimizing treatment plans.
