摘要
目的 分析危重症护理带教中情境体验教学的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月实习的护生40名,随机分为观察组(情境体验教学)和对照组(传统护理带教)各20例,对比效果。结果 观察组核心胜任力、批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 危重症护理带教中情境体验教学效果良好。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of situational experience teaching in critical care nursing instruction. Methods Forty nursing students who interned from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into an observation group (situational experience teaching) and a control group (traditional nursing teaching), with 20 students in each group, for comparison of effects. Results The observation group scored higher in core competencies and critical thinking ability than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Situational experience teaching shows promising results in critical care nursing instruction.
