Abstract: Objective:To analyze the factors that influence the mental health status of puerperal women, and to provide targeted treatment strategies. Methods: January 2016 ~2017 year in January in our hospital 200 cases of puerperal women, were randomly divided into observation group, (n=100) and control group (n=100), the control group were given routine treatment, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive treatment, and the self rating anxiety scale, self rating depression and anxiety the degree of depression in two groups before and after treatment the scale evaluation and analysis of the factors affecting the mental health of women during the puerperium. Results: the single factor analysis showed that the mental health status of puerperal women and marital feelings, pregnancy causes, outcome of pregnancy and postpartum complications, childbirth fear, multivariate analysis that the mental health status and marital puerperal womens feelings, why the pregnancy and delivery style, postpartum complications are closely related. After treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The feelings of the couple, living environment, pregnancy, postpartum complications and puerperal womens mental health is closely related to the puerperal womens comprehensive treatment, can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of puerperal women, for puerperal womens mental health.
