【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of relaxation therapy on sleep and negative emotion of patients with digestive tract cancer.Methods82patientswith digestive tract cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects,according to the random number table is divided into 2 groups, of which 41 cases received conventional treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients as the control group, the remaining 41 cases add relaxation therapy patients as the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis of.The quality of life, sleep quality and negative emotion were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThe study found that the observation group and the control group before treatment GQOLI-74 score was not significantly different (P>0.05); to enhance the quality of life of patients was two after treatment, the observation group patients quality of life scores than the control group increase (P<0.05);after treatment, the observation group of patients with sleep time and sleep duration are improved and better than the control group (P<0.05); two patients in group SDS, SAS scores were decreased after treatment, the observation group were greatly lower than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionRelaxation therapy has a significant effect on solving the problem of sleep and negative emotion in patients with digestive tract tumors, and has a prominent advantage over single conventional treatment, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
