Objective To explore the intervention effect of palliative care, nutritional support combined with psychological care in terminally ill female cancer patients. Methods A total of 120 terminally ill female patients with cancer admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The research period was from October 2021 to January 2025. The random number method was divided into a control group receiving routine care (n=60 cases) and an observation group receiving combined palliative care, nutritional support, and psychological nursing (n=60 cases). The improvement effects on psychological status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were (7.15±2.29) and (8.92±2.56), respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (11.60±2.77 and 13.65±2.80). The satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (92.66±3.05 vs 80.73±6.51), with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Palliative care, nutritional support combined with psychological care can effectively regulate the physical and mental state of female terminally ill cancer patients, and the patient satisfaction rate is relatively high. It is recommended to promote and use it.
