摘要	目的评价并总结与肿瘤患者手足综合征管理相关的最佳证据，为临床干预提供参考依据。方法本研究采用证据总结方法，系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、CBM、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、NICE等数据库中肿瘤患者手足综合征管理方案的所有证据，检索文献类型包括循证指南、最佳实践、系统评价、原始研究、专家共识。检索时限为建库至2025年1月1日。由两名研究者独立筛选文献，并采用AMSTAR 2工具评价系统评价质量，JBI标准评价原始研究质量，提取与手足综合征相关的推荐建议及研究结论。结果共检索到9713篇文献，筛选得出23篇文献，最终质量评价后纳入16篇研究（包括1篇专家共识，4篇系统评价，1篇类实验研究，10篇随机对照研究），经过汇总、提取化疗相关手足综合征管理方案，总结出6个方面（包括中医、西医、分级管理、医生、护士、患者）38条最佳证据。结论本研究所总结出的肿瘤患者手足综合征管理方案，可为医护人员规范化监测、管理肿瘤患者手足综合征提供循证依据，应用于临床。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence related to the management of hand-foot syndrome with tumor patients, providing a reference basis for clinical interventions. Methods This study adopted an evidence summarization approach, systematically searching databases including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Embase, CBM, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, and NICE for all evidence on hand-foot syndrome (HFS) in tumor patients, The types of literature searched included evidence-based guidelines, best practices, systematic reviews, original research, and expert consensus. The search timeframe was from inception of each database to January 1, 2025. Two researchers independently screened the literature and used the AMSTAR 2 tool to assess the quality of systematic reviews and the JBI standards to evaluate the quality of original research, and extracted recommendations and research conclusions related to hand-foot syndrome. Results A total of 9,713 articles were retrieved, and 23 articles were selected after screening. Following quality evaluation, 16 studies were included in the final analysis (including 1 expert consensus, 4 systematic reviews, 1 quasi-experimental study, and 10 randomized controlled trials). After summarizing and extracting chemotherapy-related hand-foot syndrome management approaches, six aspects were identified (including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western medicine, Graded management, Doctor, Nursing, and Patient Management), with a total of 38 pieces of best evidence. Conclusion The hand-foot syndrome management plan summarized in this study provides evidence for the standardized monitoring and management of tumor patients with HFS by healthcare professionals, which can be applied in clinical practice.
