无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理对急性创伤患者干预的价值

摘要	目的分析在急性创伤患者中开展无缝隙一体化急救护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取我院急诊科接收的急性创伤患者50例，通过随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组，每组各有25例患者，给予对照组急诊常规护理，给予观察组无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理，对比护理效果。结果观察组急诊急救护理质量和护理治疗依从性与对照组相比明显提高，急诊抢救时间和住院时间均短于对照组，护理不良事件以及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论在急性创伤患者中开展无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理干预，能够进一步提高急诊急救效率和抢救成功率。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical application value of seamless integrated emergency nursing intervention in patients with acute trauma. Methods Fifty acute trauma patients admitted to our emergency department were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table. Each group had 25 patients, and the control group received routine emergency care, while the observation group received seamless integrated trauma emergency care. The nursing effects were compared. Results The quality of emergency nursing care and compliance with nursing treatment in the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group. The emergency rescue time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of nursing adverse events and complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing seamless integrated trauma emergency nursing intervention in patients with acute trauma can further improve the efficiency and success rate of emergency treatment.
