摘要
目的 分析在乳腺癌患者的护理中应用家属同步健康教育的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的102例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,划分51例常规护理对照组,51例观察组实施家属同步健康教育,对比两组患者护理效果;结果 护理前,对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。 护理后,观察组患者RS心理韧性评分高于对照组,MSSNS负性心理状态评分低于对照组,HHI希望水平高于对照组,指标对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者的护理中应用家属同步健康教育可发挥家属协同价值,提高患者心理韧性和改善负面情绪,提高患者希望水平,让患者受益。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of family synchronous health education in the nursing of breast cancer patients. Methods 102 patients with breast cancer from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object, and 51 patients were divided into the control group of routine nursing. 51 patients in the observation group were given synchronous health education to their families, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared; Results Before nursing, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After nursing, the RS psychological resilience score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, the MSSNS negative psychological state score was lower than that of the control group, and the HHI hope level was higher than that of the control group. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of family synchronous health education in the nursing of breast cancer patients can give play to the cooperative value of family members, improve the patients' psychological resilience and negative emotions, improve the patients' hope level, and benefit patients.
