Objective To analyze the clinical effects and application value of implementing a systematic humanistic service model in the health examination and nursing work of military officers and soldiers. Methods 400 military officers and soldiers who underwent health examinations in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of physical examination time. Results The observation group had significantly lower total physical examination time compared to the control group, and a significantly higher compliance rate with the physical examination. The observation group had better nursing quality and overall satisfaction than the control group, and the SAS score of the observation group's officers and soldiers after physical examination decreased significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a systematic and humane service model in the health check ups of military officers and soldiers can not only effectively optimize the efficiency of physical examinations, alleviate the psychological pressure of officers and soldiers, but also significantly improve the quality of nursing services and the medical experience of officers and soldiers.
