Abstract: Objective To investigate the combined effects on primary liver cancer patients with anxiety and depression psychological effect of Deanxit and Fentany Transdermal System. Methods A total of 120 cases of primary liver cancer patients were selected as the research objectin in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 ,then were divided into 40 cases of Deanxit group and fentanyl group 40 cases and group 40 cases randomly, Deanxit group alone with fentanyl group alone, Fentany Transdermal System group also use two kinds of drugs. Before and after treatment, the scores of cancer pain, anxiety, depression and quality of life were evaluated in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the 3 groups in the treatment of cancer pain, anxiety and depression scores and quality of life (P>0.05), after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment, combined with classification, group of pain patients with anxiety and depression scores and life quality scores were significantly lower than fentanyl group and control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with primary liver cancer treated with Deanxit combined with transdermal fentanyl, compared with the two drugs alone, can effectively relieve cancer pain, improve their anxiety and depression, improve their quality of life.
