摘要
为解决中高职护理教育衔接不畅、与临床实践脱节等问题,本项目以《妇产科护理》国家级精品课为基础,构建了中高职一体化的“妇产科全生命周期”照护人才培养模式。通过创立“双标四阶”能力矩阵、重塑“未孕-助孕-孕产”(3H)全周期课程内容、“创新三站五动”混合教学、深化“双师三景”思政融合及“护理行动力雷达图”评价体系,有效提升了学生的临床胜任力。实施后,执业通过率、就业率及患者满意度显著提高。
Abstract
To solve the problems of poor connection between vocational and vocational nursing education and disconnection from clinical practice, this project is based on the national quality course of "Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing", and constructs an integrated "Obstetrics and Gynecology Full Life Cycle" nursing talent training model for vocational and vocational education. By establishing a "dual standard four level" competency matrix, reshaping the full cycle course content of "non pregnancy assisted pregnancy pregnancy and childbirth" (3H), innovating the mixed teaching of "three stations and five actions", deepening the ideological and political integration of "dual teachers and three scenarios", and the evaluation system of "nursing action radar chart", students' clinical competence has been effectively enhanced. After implementation, the pass rate, employment rate, and patient satisfaction have significantly improved.
