Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of supervised pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with comprehensive nursing care on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Eighty COPD patients admitted from January 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 each. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received supervised pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with comprehensive nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pulmonary function level, GQOLI-74 score, SECD6 score, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention program combining supervised pulmonary rehabilitation training and comprehensive nursing care for COPD patients can significantly optimize patients' respiratory physiological function, enhance their daily life quality and self-management ability, and effectively improve their satisfaction with medical and nursing services. This comprehensive intervention model has significant clinical application value.
