摘要	目的探讨基于5A护理模式在强直性脊柱炎患者症状管理中的应用效果。方法以2023年5月至2024年1月我科治疗的AS患者68例为例，随机划分成对照组与观察组，每组34例，所有患者均接受6个月的护理干预，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上接受5A护理。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组睡眠质量、疼痛评分均明显优于对照组；同时，观察组护理满意度也比对照组高，组间数据存在明显差异；观察组触高、弯腰、坐站、登台等功能评分均低于对照组，数据有明显差异。观察组出院时、出院3个月、出院6个月功能锻炼依从率均高于对照组，数据有明显差异（均P<0.05）。结论 5A护理模式用于强直性脊柱炎患者功能锻炼中效果显著，可减少疼痛，改善睡眠质量，并提高患者锻炼依从性，同时还可明显提升病人的运动功能，改善其生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。
Abstract	Objective Discussing the Application Effectiveness of Functional Exercise Based on the 5A Nursing Model in Symptom Management for Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Methods A total of 68 AS patients treated in our department from May 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. All patients received nursing intervention for 6 months, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received 5A nursing based on the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The sleep quality and pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group. At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The functional scores of touch height, bending, sitting, standing and staging in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the data were significantly different. The compliance rate of functional exercise at discharge, 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the data were significantly different (all P<0.05). Conclusion 5A nursing mode is effective in functional exercise for patients with ankylosing spondylitis, which can reduce pain, improve sleep quality, improve exercise compliance of patients, and significantly improve patients' motor function and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
