个性化心理护理干预联合实证护理在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用

摘要	目的分析妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期使用个性化心理护理干预联合实证护理的价值。方法纳入本院收治行手术治疗（广泛性全子宫清除＋盆腔淋巴结清扫）的早期宫颈癌合并糖尿病患者共90例（时段2023.8~2024.8）。依照随机数字表法划分2组各45例，对照组予以常规围术期护理，观察组予以个性化心理护理干预联合实证护理。根据心理状态、生活质量综合评价2组干预效果。结果干预后观察组综合医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）得分与对照组相比减少（P＜0.05）。根据术后首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间统计结果，观察组与对照组相比均缩短（P＜0.05）。结论妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期使用个性化心理护理干预联合实证护理，能明显改善负性情绪，加快术后康复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of individualized psychological nursing intervention combined with empirical nursing in perioperative period for patients with gynecological tumor and diabetes. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent radical cervical cancer surgery in our hospital were included (from August 2023 to August 2024). According to the random number table method, two groups of 45 cases each were divided. The control group was given conventional perioperative care, while the observation group was given individualized psychological nursing intervention combined with empirical nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated based on their psychological state and quality of life. Results After intervention, the scores of the comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). According to the statistical results of the first bowel movement time, first time getting out of bed, and hospital stay after surgery, the observation group showed a shorter duration compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of individualized psychological nursing intervention and positive nursing in perioperative period can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with gynecological tumor and diabetes, and speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
