摘要
目的 实施导师制结合互联网分层微格教学法,探究其对血液科低年资护士培训的实际影响。方法于2024年1月至2025年1月,纳入50例在我进行培训的血液科低年资护士,采用计算机生成的随机序列进行分组,分值对照组25例,观察组25例,分值实施常规培训,观察组在此基础上实施导师制结合互联网分层微格教学法。对比不同培训模式对护士实践操作能力及理论知识掌握的作用。结果 与对照组相比,观察组的实践操作能力各指标评分均相对更高(P<0.05);论知识各指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 实施导师制结合互联网分层微格教学法可有效提升培训期护士的实践能力,增强其理论知识储备,以提升综合能力。
Abstract
Objective To implement the tutorial system combined with the Internet hierarchical microteaching method and explore its practical impact on the training of junior nurses in the hematology department. Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, 50 junior nurses in the department of hematology who were trained by me were enrolled. They were divided into two groups by computer generated random sequence. There were 25 cases in the score control group and 25 cases in the observation group. The scores were given routine training. On this basis, the observation group implemented the tutorial system combined with the Internet hierarchical microteaching method. Compare the effects of different training modes on nurses' practical operation ability and theoretical knowledge mastery. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had relatively higher scores in various indicators of practical operation ability (P<0.05); The scores of various indicators of knowledge were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of tutorial system combined with Internet hierarchical microteaching method can effectively improve the practical ability of nurses in training period, enhance their theoretical knowledge reserve, and enhance their comprehensive ability.
