Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on perinatal pregnancy with diabetes. Methods The perinatal pregnancy patients with diabetes who were admitted to Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital for two years (sample included time: 2023.11-2025.8; sample included number: 100 cases) were selected and divided into control group (patients classified into this group received routine care, n=50) and research group (patients belonging to this group received psychological care, n=50) by random number table. Compare the psychological state and adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups. Results In terms of anxiety and depression scores, the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for perinatal pregnancy patients with diabetes is helpful to relieve negative emotions and can be further popularized in clinical practice.
