针对性护理在喉癌患者围术期中的应用及满意度分析

摘要	目的分析喉癌患者围术期接受针对性护理的效果。方法选取2024年1月-2024年12月内收治的50例喉癌作为研究对象，随机分为实验组、对照组，均25例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组针对性护理，对比效果。结果实验组心理情况优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组生活质量高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对喉癌围术期患者实施针对性护理，可减轻患者的负面情绪，提高生活质量，满足患者的需求，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of laryngeal cancer patients. Methods Fifty laryngeal cancer patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received targeted care. The effects were compared. Results The psychological condition of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing for laryngeal cancer patients in the perioperative period can alleviate their negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and meet their needs, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
