手术室护理对预防全膝关节置换术患者术后感染的影响

摘要	目的探讨手术室护理对预防全膝关节置换术患者术后感染的影响。方法选取2024年8月至2025年5月50例在我院接受全膝关节置换术的患者作为观察对象，将患者随机分为对照组（25例,常规护理）和观察组（25例，手术室护理干预）。比较两组患者术后感染发生率、护理满意度、住院时间及生活质量。结果护理后，观察组术后感染发生率、护理满意度、住院时间及生活质量都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论手术室护理应用于全膝关节置换术患者的效果显著，能有效降低患者术后感染发生率，提高护理满意度及生活质量，缩短住院时间，促进患者康复进程，值得在全膝关节置换术临床上推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the impact of operating room nursing on the prevention of postoperative infections in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from August 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups: the control group (25 cases, with routine nursing care) and the observation group (25 cases, with operating room nursing interventions). The postoperative infection rate, nursing satisfaction, hospital stay duration, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing care, the observation group showed significantly lower postoperative infection rates, higher nursing satisfaction, shorter hospital stays, and better quality of life compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing is highly effective for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. It can effectively reduce the postoperative infection rate, enhance nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and shorten the hospital stay, thereby promoting the recovery process of patients. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice for total knee arthroplasty.
