Objective To explore the improvement effect of doctor-nurse cooperative nursing on perioperative anxiety and stress response in patients undergoing hysteroscopy. Methods A total of 209 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for the study. They were grouped by lottery. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received cooperative care between doctors and nurses. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety index of patients before and after nursing. The Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-40) was used to evaluate the degree of stress response of the patients. Results Before the nursing care, there was no comparison in the anxiety and seasonal response degrees between the two groups, P>0.05. After the nursing care, the anxiety index of the observation group was relatively low, and the postoperative recovery quality was relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of doctor-nurse cooperative care for patients undergoing hysteroscopy can alleviate the stress response caused by perioperative anxiety reduction examinations and is worthy of promotion.
