Objective To explore the impact of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with stable interstitial lung disease. Methods 80 stable patients with interstitial lung disease admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to April 2025 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group (receiving routine nursing) and an experimental group (receiving lung rehabilitation nursing) using the envelope method, with 40 cases in each group. Compare the differences in lung function indicators and quality of life between two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly higher levels of FVC, FEV₁, and FEV₁/FVC, with statistical significance (P<0.05); Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had significantly higher quality of life scores, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for patients with stable interstitial lung disease can effectively improve their lung function and enhance their quality of life.
