摘要
目的 分析基于宁夏回族自治区消毒供应中心护士岗位胜任力现状,找出影响该区域消毒供应中心护士岗位胜任力的影响因素。方法 2023年11月,以宁夏消毒供应中心护士为研究对象,采用2021年中华护理学会构建的岗位胜任力指标,发放电子量表调查,统计分析确定影响岗位胜任力的因素。结果 科室实行绩效、医院级别、科室管理模式、科室月手术量、担任专科组长/区域组长、消毒供应中心的工作年限为主要影响因素。结论 实行绩效管理、3000-4000台手术医院级别、高度集中管理、任专科/区域组长及长消毒供应工作年限者岗位胜任力强。管理者针对主要影响因素前瞻性地进行调节,能提高消毒供应中心护士岗位胜任力。
Abstract
Objective Based on the study of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region's disinfection supply center nurses' job competency, its influencing factors were found. Methods In November 2023, the nurses in Ningxia disinfection and supply center were taken as the research object, and the post competency indicators constructed by the Chinese Nursing Association in 2021 were used to issue an electronic scale survey, and the factors affecting the post competency were determined by statistical analysis. Results 277 questionnaires collected; 42 workers excluded, leaving 235 valid. Key factors: dept. performance, hospital level, management, monthly ops, leader tenure, disinfection center. Conclusion Those who implement performance management, 3000-4000 hospital level, highly centralized department management, serve as specialist / regional team leader and have worked for a long time in disinfection and supply are highly competent. Managers can improve the competency of nurses in disinfection supply center by adjusting the main influencing factors prospectively.
