摘要	目的深入探究针对性护理策略在老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形手术（PVP）患者中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的行PVP术的老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施包含疼痛管理、康复训练、营养支持及心理干预的综合护理策略，对比两组患者疼痛程度、腰椎功能恢复情况、并发症发生率及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后，观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）低于对照组；Oswestry功能障碍指数低于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组；生活质量评分高于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论综合护理策略可有效减轻老年PVP术后患者疼痛，促进腰椎功能恢复，降低并发症风险，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing strategies in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) for elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods Eighty elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures who underwent PVP surgery in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing strategies including pain management, rehabilitation training, nutritional support, and psychological intervention. The pain level, lumbar function recovery, incidence of complications, and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After intervention, the visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; The Oswestry functional impairment index was lower than that of the control group; The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group; The quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing strategies can effectively alleviate pain in elderly patients after PVP surgery, promote lumbar function recovery, reduce the risk of complications, and improve quality of life.
