综合护理干预在多发性骨髓瘤骨痛护理中的应用效果探讨

摘要	目的分析在多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者的护理中应用综合护理干预的医学价值。方法将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的80例多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者以随机分组的方法分40例对照组（常规护理），40例观察组（综合护理干预）。对比整体护理效果以及满意度。护理前，指标差异对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组患者的Champion心理信念评分高于对照组，SAS焦虑、疼痛评分低于对照组，满意评分优于对照组，对比有统计学意义，（P﹤0.05），结论多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者应用综合护理干预可改善疼痛、降低焦虑，引导患者树立较好的健康信念，积极应对疾病。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the medical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with multiple myeloma bone pain. Methods 80 patients with multiple myeloma bone pain who received medical treatment from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) of 40 cases and an observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention) of 40 cases. Compare the overall nursing effect and satisfaction. Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of indicators (P>0.05). After nursing, the Champion psychological belief score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, the SAS anxiety and pain scores were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction score was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve pain, reduce anxiety, guide patients to establish good health beliefs, and actively cope with the disease in patients with multiple myeloma bone pain.
