【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of psychological behavior nursing intervention on postpartum anxiety, depression and pain in primipara after cesarean section.Methods A total of 102 primipara with cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 51 cases. The control group received routine nursing,the observation group routine routine nursing combined with psychological behavior nursing intervention. The SAS,SDS scores were evaluated,the degree of pain of postoperative 72 h and postoperative complication were compared. Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);At 72 hours after operation,the pain degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.88% vs 19.61%, P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological behavioral nursing intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and depression for primipara after cesarean section, reduce the degree of postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.
