摘要	【摘要】探讨丁苯酞软胶囊协同抗抑郁药治疗对急性脑梗死（Acute cerebral infarct，ACI）后中重度抑郁患者情绪障碍及脑功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年3月-2017年3月本院收治ACI患者438例，其中150例合并中重度抑郁。根据随机数字表法将150例ACI后抑郁患者随机分为观察组（n=75）和对照组（n=75）。对照组在常规ACI治疗基础上口服盐酸舍曲林片治疗，观察组在常规ACI治疗基础上口服丁苯酞软胶囊+盐酸舍曲林片治疗。比较两组治疗临床疗效、美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表（NIHSS）和中国卒中量表（CSS）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94.67%，对照组总有效率为82.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后不同时间点NIHSS和CSS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后不同时间点HAMD和SDS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组6例食欲减退，4例恶心呕吐，对照组食欲减退5、恶心呕吐3例，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊协同抗抑郁药（盐酸舍曲林片）治疗ACI后抑郁患者安全有效，不仅可改善患者抑郁状态，还可促进患者脑功能恢复。
Abstract	[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with antidepressants on emotional disorders and recovery of brain function in patients with moderate to severe depression after acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 438 cases of patients with ACI treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in the study, including 150 cases with moderate or severe depression. By the random number table method, 150 patients with depression after ACI were randomly divided into the observation group (n=75) and the control group (n=75). Based on the routine treatment of ACI, the control group were treated with oral administration of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets while the observation group were treated with oral administration of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets. The clinical curative effect, scores of the U.S. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Chinese Stroke Scale (CSS), scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
