[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of patients with Alzheimers disease. Methods 150 patients with Alzheimers disease who treated in our hospital were selected from January 2015 to December 2016. They were divided into control group and experimental group randomly, 75 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Compared the MMSE score, ADL score, CSDD score, QOL-AD score, nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients before treatment MMSE score and ADL score were similar (P > 0.05), the two groups after treatment in patients with MMSE score and ADL score were higher than the control group, the patients in the experimental group scored higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients in the experimental group of fall, lost, aspiration ingestion, agitation and self injury occurrence of the injury rate was lower than the control group, but no statistical significance (P > 0.05), but the incidence of nursing adverse events was low, nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Two groups of patients before treatment CSDD score and QOL-AD score were similar (P > 0.05), two groups of patients after treatment CSDD score decreased, QOL-AD scores increased range of patients in the experimental group scores were greater, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with Alzheimers disease, cognitive function and daily life ability, reduce nursing adverse events, improve the patients emotional state, improve nursing satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical application.
