摘要	【摘要】本研究旨在研究脑卒中后抑郁患者(PSD) 的抑郁状态与神经功能缺损和日常生活能力受损的相关性。方法选择251急性脑梗死患者，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)将患者分为PSD组和非PSD组。比较和分析两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)以及其他临床资料。采用Logistic回归分析评估NIHSS和DAL与PSD的相关性。结果确诊PSD 患者45例(17.93%); NIHSS＞3以及ADL＞20与PSD明显相关（OR分别为 3.479和2.617，P分别为0.000和0.009）。结论 PSD与神经功能缺损与日常生活能力受损具有一定的相关性。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the depressive state of post-stroke depression (PSD) and the impairment of neurological deficits and daily living ability. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into PSD group and non - PSD group by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). (NIHSS), the Daily Living Ability Scale (ADL), and other clinical data were compared and analyzed by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the association between NIHSS and DAL and PSD. Results NIHSS> 3 and ADL> 20 were significantly correlated with PSD (OR = 3.479 and 2.617, respectively, P = 0.000 and 0.009, respectively) in 45 patients (17.93%) with PSD. Conclusion PSD has a certain correlation with the impairment of neurological function and daily life ability.
