[Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the prognosis of patients after cystoscopy in Department of urology.Method We collected 100 patients who underwent cystoscopy in Department of Urology in February 2015 ~2017 February. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, with two cases in each group and 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing after operation, and the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The pain degree, psychological status and complications of the two groups were compared.Result After 3 days of VAS, postoperative pain score than control group after 3D were low, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group after 3 days of SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group postoperative hematuria, urethral burning pain continued the time was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).conclusion Psychological intervention after cystoscopy can help relieve pain, eliminate anxiety and depression, and promote recovery of complications. The effect is remarkable.
