【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the anxiety and influencing factors of preoperative anesthesia in patients with total hip arthroplasty, and to provide the basis for psychological care of patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods: The epidemiological research center depression scale (CES-D) was used to investigate and evaluate women in pregnant women in Shiyan area for five years. The influencing factors of mental health abnormality in pregnant women in Shiyan City were analyzed. Results: A total of 86 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were evaluated for anxious propensity. A total of 33 patients with anxiety were 38.4%. The proportion of anxiety group, family income per capita was less than 3000, (OR: 2.142, 95% CI: 1.434-4.263), household per capita income (OR: 2.241, 95% CI: 1.681-4.321), medical payment method (P <0.05), and the proportion of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) (OR: 4.371, 95% CI: 1.355-7.435) were the significant influencing factors of preoperative anxiety in patients with artificial hip arthroplasty. Conclusion: Occupational, family per capita income and medical payment methods are the significant influencing factors of preoperative anxiety in patients with artificial hip arthroplasty.
