Methods: from January 2013 January ~2017 year, research as the research object into the stage in our hospital received antipsychotic drug treatment of 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia, take the computer random number table method were randomly divided into A group, B group, each group has 60 patients, A group were treated with aripiprazole treatment, B group were treated with clozapine treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect of mental division, WHO-DAS II score, PANSS score, the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: the patients in the A group the total effective rate was 91.67%, B group with the total effective rate was 95%, P>0.05, two groups, the difference was not statistically significant; after treatment, the two groups of patients with WHO-DAS II score, PANSS scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and group A after treatment in patients with B group of patients with WHO-DAS II score, PANSS score had no significant difference (P>0.05); the adverse reactions of patients in group A incidence rate was 5%, the adverse reaction of the patients in the B group the incidence rate of 16.67%, the two groups, the adverse reaction in group B was higher than that of group A (P<0.05).
