摘要
【摘要】探讨针对性信息支持对冠脉介入治疗(PCI)患者疾病不确定感、感知控制、焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 纳入86例接受PCI患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性信息支持。于入院当天、术前晚及出院前评价中文版疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疾病感知问卷修订版(IPQR)评分。结果 观察组术前晚、出院前MUIS、SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,IPQR评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对性信息支持可提高PCI患者的疾病感知,并减轻疾病不确定感水平和焦虑抑郁状态。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective To inveterate the effect of targeted information support on illness uncertainty, illness perception, anxiety and depression in patients with percutaneons comnary inlervention (PCI). Methods A total of 86 patients with PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional health education,the observation group received targeted information support on the basis of control group.The Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Illness Perception Questionnaire Revision (IPQR) scores at frist day in hospital,night before operation and before discharge were evaluated.Results The scores of MUIS, SAS and SDS at the efore discharge in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the IPQR scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted information support could improve the illness perception of patients with PCI, reduce the level of illness uncertainty, anxiety and depression.
