【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of systemic psychological intervention on the mode state of patients with cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods A total of 88 patients with CVA were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 44 cases. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received systemic psychological intervention on the basis of control group.The scores of POMS-SF and AQLQ were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the Vigor-Activity scores of POMS-SF in the two groups were significantly increased than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the Tension-Anxiety, Anger-Hostility,Fatigue-Inertia, Confusion and Bewildement scores of POMS-SF in the two groups were significantly decreased than before intervention,and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);The scores of each dimension of AQQ scale in the two groups were significantly increased than before intervention,and the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic psychological intervention can improve the mode state and quality of life of patients with CVA.
