[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of systematic psychological nursing on anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with fracture. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with fractures in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed, these patients were divided into routine basic nursing group (n=40) and routine basic nursing combined with systemic psychological nursing group (systemic psychological nursing group, n= 40) two groups according to the treatment methods, the anxiety and depression, pains and nursing satisfactions of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the systematic psychological nursing group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the VAS score was significantly lower (P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than the routine basic nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic psychological nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety, depression and pain, and improve the satisfaction of the patients with fracture, so is worthy of promotion in the clinical.
