【 Abstract】objective: To discuss the clinical advantage analysis of Paliperidone in treatment of children with schizophrenia of negative symptoms.Methods: 60 children with schizophrenia were selected from June 2015 to May 2017 in our Hospitals and were randomly assigned into observation group and control group(n=30 in each group). Observation group was given Paliperidone to treat, control group was given Aripiprazole to treat. Statistical analyzed all of patients’ clinical curative effect, SANS, PSP, TESSscore Results: Clinical curative effect of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Two weeks after the treatment, observation group’s scores of SANS five components began to decrease and PSP scores began to rise, four weeks after the treatment, control group began to decrease and PSP scores began to rise, at the same time period, SANS five components and PSP scores degree of improvement of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, PSP scores of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Before treatment, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment, TESS scores f two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions: Paliperidone can significantly improve all kinds of negative symptoms of schizophrenia children, and with quick effect and high safety, can improve its social function at the same time,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
