Abstract: objective: to explore the changes after heart valve replacement patients psychological factors and nursing methods and their effects.Methods: in May 2014 to May 2017 in our hospital 352 cases of patients undergoing valve replacement surgery, and to give a randomized, control group 176 cases, given routine care;Intervention group 176 examples, give psychological counseling, rehabilitation nursing, postoperative hospital nursing and postoperative comprehensive care, changes of two groups of patients psychological factors and nursing of patients after SCL - 90 score and comprehensive evaluation of nursing satisfaction.Results: after heart valve replacement patients with anxiety, fear, and subjective feeling more abnormal negative mentality, such as with anxiety, loneliness is the most common;Through different ways of nursing, intervention group patients with symptoms of somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity and SCL - 90 related index significantly better than that of control group (P < 0.05), there is statistical significance;And after the nursing intervention group 169 patients were satisfied with, accounted for 96.0%, significantly higher than that of control group 72.2%, larger difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), statistically significant.Conclusion: after heart valve replacement patients have negative mentality, such as anxiety, depression, negative, give psychological counseling to patients, postoperative rehabilitation training and so on comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients mental state, improve patient care satisfaction, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
