【摘要】目的:探讨结构化教育在自闭症儿童康复训练中的应用效果。方法:取2015年3月-2017年6月医院收治的自闭症儿童120例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用常规方法康复训练,观察组采用结构化教育康复训练,采用自闭症儿童行为检查量表、自闭症治疗评估量表及自闭症发育障碍心理教育量表对患者治疗前、后行为、治疗效果及心理进行评估,比较2组临床康复效果。结果:观察组治疗后12个月感觉、运动、交往、语言及生活自理能力评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后12个月语言、社交、感知及行为评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后感知、精细动作、粗动作、认知表现、口语认知、模仿评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自闭症儿童康复训练中采用结构化教育效果理想,有助于患者提高临床效果,改善其行为及心理,值得推广应用。
Abstract
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of structured education on rehabilitation training for children with autism. Methods: 120 autistic children admitted to -2017 hospital in March 2015 June were randomly divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60). The control group received conventional rehabilitation training, the observation group uses a structured education rehabilitation training, the autistic childrens behavior checklist, autism treatment evaluation scale and autistic disorder psychological development education scale of the patients before and after treatment, the treatment effect and psychological behavior were evaluated and compared between the 2 groups of clinical rehabilitation effect. Results: the observation group 12 months after treatment the feeling, movement, communication, language and self-care ability scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group 12 months after treatment, language, social perception and behavior scores were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group after treatment, perception, action, fine gross motor and cognitive performance, verbal cognition, imitation scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of structured education in rehabilitation training for autistic children is ideal, which can help patients improve the clinical effect and improve their behavior and psychology. It is worthy of popularization and application.
