Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological nursing on psychological stress and coping style of patients with endometrial cancer. Methods: 70 cases of endometrial carcinoma were selected from January 2015 to 2017 in our hospital. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random, 35 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were symptomatic treatment and routine care, the observation group patients on the basis of the implementation of the control group, strengthening cognitive behavioral intervention, combined with psychological care for intervention. The SCL-90 symptom checklist on psychological stress of patients were assessed and compared, and the Medical Coping Style Questionnaire (MCMQ) scale to assess coping style of two groups of patients before and after intervention, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with control group, the observation group SCL-90 symptom checklist score was significantly better (P<0.05); before the intervention, two groups of patients with MCMQ scale score was no significant difference (P>0.05), after the intervention, MCMQ scores of the observation group was significantly better than the control group and before intervention (P<0.05); in addition, in take a different approach to intervention, emotional function, observation group maternal mental health, vitality, social function, physiological function, physiological function, body pain and general health dimension scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening cognitive behavioral intervention and psychological nursing can effectively reduce the psychological stress reaction of patients with endometrial cancer, and improve the positive behavior, coping style and quality of life of patients. It is worth recommending.
